Nylon 76

I have a chance at an Apache 76 NIB with hanging tags. It's Apache black and chrome. According to the Blue Book 1,615 were made. Does anyone have any more info on this gun? And, by the way, thanks for all the replies on the Apache 77.

An Apache Black 76 is one of the most desirable nylon rifles. A NIB box one is pretty rare. The 76s were only made for 2 or 3 years in the early 1960s.
