Yes I have one and have sold one. In that condition I would pay in the 800.00 area.

Yes, it sounds like it may have been mine. If it was it's a famous gun among 700 collectors. It's pictured in the wonderful book by John Lacy "The Remington 700.". Most that I have seen have been ADLs. A BDL may bring a little more money in the same condition, but I wouldn't think a lot more. I would say maybe in the 50-75.00 range increase. I have seen a BDL model that the word -mag- was not XXXed out. I would say in the same condition to add about 150-200.00 more.
