Remington Field Master 572

I have been reading posts on this rifle trying to date it. The only numbers on the barrell are located on the left side: +RR then an odd shaped U. The first R is upper case and smaller than the next R. The second R is upper case but somewhat larger than the first. Is there somewhere else I might look for #'s?
