1858 army model identification

i found a 1858 army model. serial number #23098 stamped on lft.side pistol frame. on brass trigger guard and on bottom side of barrel. i found this pistol 6 yrs ago doing a teardown demolition . i have the trigger action going , i need a clyinder, pistol grips, and the plunger on the loading lever is stuck. but she's a little beauty. can i get some info. on the authenticity of those serial #23098. i know thru research that makes the pistol a pretty serious find. i would appreciate some help . thanks peter
