Model 1900 Pattern Question

Greetings,

My Model 1900 (produced circa 1901) has pattern markings of 39 Right Barrel and 33 Left Barrel. It is implied that a 3 would preceed these numbers so the pellet count for the Right Barrel is 339/511 = 66% and the Right Barrel is 333/511 = 65%. Is this considered Imp Mod?
