New guy with questions

I inherited a Remington double barreled shotgun and am wondering what year it was built and if there is any chance of finding a butt plate for it. I can find no 'model number' on it anywhere. It appears to have a Damascus type pair of barrels. The serial numbers that are on the plate that connects the barrels as well as on the lock/trigger assembly is: 314578. Where the front wooden stock section snaps into place is a number 4809. In the 'hinge' area is the number 4639. Any and all help is appreciated
