Serial # Date for 870 Wingmaster.

I would like to date a 870 wingmaster field grade gun. Serial # T158636V. I can not find a date code on the left side of the barrel. It has a wood mag plug and metal retainer.

The 'T' prefix ran from 1974 to 1978, so yours is likely a '74 gun. A chromed carrier 2-3/4" special, they don't get much better.
