Model 10 Tournament Grade

I have the opportunity to purchase a Model 10 Tournament Grade 12 ga. It has a 30" barrel, engraving on the sides, top and bottom of the receiver and on the barrel. It has a 5 digit serial number starting with # 1. It has a pistol grip stock with a round knob. It has a matt rib on the receiver and a solid rib on the barrel. It seems to function well and looks honest. How many Tournament Grades did they make? Are they a "rare" grade?
