12a .22 year?

Hi...I've got a 12a .22 with serial #169190. Can anyone tell me what year it was made? It originally belonged to my grandfather, who bought it new, but I have no idea when that was. Thanks so much.

Your M/12 was made in early 1913. 71,805 M/12s were made that year.
