Sights for 40-X - need advice

I have an older 40-X .22LR that now wears a Unertl scope. I would like to find match grade iron sights. I used to use Redfield Olympic - is anything now available similar? Front sight is drilled & tapped, as is left side of receiver. Thanks for help.

CMP has used palma and olympic sights for sale.
