Loading a model 12c

I have just received a rem model 12c .22 rifle and I have no idea how to load it. It has the octagon barrel and is a pump action gun.

Pull out the inner magazine tube near the muzzle. Then drop a few cartridges in the appropriate looking slot in the outer magazine tube. Then replace the inner mag tube. Rack the action and it's ready to go bang.

Have someone who is familiar with older rifles check the bore and action before you shoot it!!!
