Hi,
Im looking for information about the Remington .35. We recently discovered one in a family storage vault. It has been in storage for over 40 years and looks to be in great shape. We would like to know more about the histroy of this weapon. This would be of great value to us. We know who owned it, but would like more info on the gun.
Regards,
Mark
Remington .35
.35 Remington
There were several rifles over the years that were chambered for the .35 Remington cartridge. Remington chambered the semi-auto Model 8 and 81 for this round, as well as the pump action Remington models 14 and 141. I think they also made the later Remington pump action rifle and the 1960s vintage Model 660 bolt action in .35 Remington. Stevens made the No. 425 lever action in .35 Rem. and, today, Marlin makes the Model 336 in .35 Remington. Back before WWI, the Standard Arms Co. made a strange looking combination pump and semi-auto in .35. So your gun is most likely one of those nine choices. Can you give us a better description so we can figure out which one it is?
