New to the forum. Remington 141 35rem, little help please

Hello all, I just picked up a Rem 141 in execellent condition for it's age. The Bad. The butt plate was replaced with a rubber pad and there is a scope mounted on it.
The good is the blueing is about 95% and the wood looks incredible. I will try to post pictures tomorrow. The Serial number is 1185. Was this made in 1935? I'm having a hard time figuring this out.

Your correct there is no marking "Game Master" on the rifle. It has a 22" barrel
It also has the PD marking on the barrel. Excellent!! I just took some pictures of the rifle. I will post them tomorrow when I get to work. You will be impressed , this is a picture perfect rifle. How it stood the test of time is beyond me . Thanks A lot Les
