Remington rolling block - blank Argentine?

Hello all,

I seem to have a rifle that fits the description of a standard Argentine rifle, but I have none of the markings.
Patent on the receiver tang
B on the left side hex portion of the receiver
HP and V on the underside of the barrel, near the stock lug
U on the barrel bands

Nothing else. It's a military/musket spec gun so I wouldn't believe it to be a sporter. I also believe the Argentina contract guns were overproduced? Maybe that's what I have?

Any help is appreciated. I am cerosafing the chamber after I post this, so await that to tell me more.
