trying to find out what year the advertising sign was made, and maybe the production run of how many were made, we cant find anything on the sign

Seriously?? You post on a Remington forum and ask for info on a Winchester sign???
That's like Ford calling GM and asking for advise.
If you haven't tried the Winchester site, you should do so. That will be your best best to get info.
