Model 81 police fixed Mag

Hi I just bought a model 81 police special but what's odd is it's a fixed mag not the 15 or 5 round clip it also does not have the police dept engraved I originally bought this gun not knowing it was a police special and was planning on using it to hunt with but if this is something significant I would like to put it up or sell it to a collector any info and a idea of what it might be worth would be appreciated thanks
