721 year of manufacture

I have a model 721 that my dad purchased after he got out of Navy at the end of WWII. The only numbers I can find are stamped on the left side of the barrel near the breech (with the rifle pointing away from you). They are 136263 and that number is hand scribed on the bolt. Does anybody have an idea on the date of manufacture?

Are there any letters stamped on the left side of the barrel just in front of the receiver?

Looks like September, 1950 going by the serial number.
