Remington Fieldmaster 572 Teal Wing Blue Semi-Auto

I had a Remington Fieldmaster 572 Teal Wing Blue rifle find its way into my shop this week, however its not a pump action as a 572 should be. It's configured as a semi auto, and appears to be factory as all the hardware is gold to match the rest of the gold accents on the rifle. Has anyone seen anything like this before? Can anyone provide any information?

I'm surprised there aren't any comments on this .I'm no expert on these, but I did collect the light weights and have never seen a conversion lkike this. I'm guessing that this is an experimental one or two example. Not being a gunsmith, I don't know how difficult it would be to
make the conversion. Is it for sale?

It looks to have been a factory conversion, with all accent parts matching gold, nothing in the trigger group and receiver appears to be modified in any way. I was hoping I could find out more about it on here. I am open to offers, but mainly looking for additional information on it.
