I viewed the mfg. dates but am still lost on this rifle.

Unk when/where I purchased the rifle. Pretty sure it was in the 60's but..?

Looks like a BS code, that would be Jan. 1969.

The build date BS and the serial number line up precisely with January, 1969. The mark to the left of the B is the final inspector. The 67 to the right is the mark of the assembler.
