Model 1900 Schematic ?
Model 1900 Schematic ?
Does anyone know of a schematic for the Remington 1900 shotgun that can be viewed on the internet?
Re: Model 1900 Schematic ?
I do not know of any published schematics for the 1900. I think I have the original drawings for the 1900 from Remington but they are too big to duplicate. What parts are you interested in? Jay Huber RSA

Hi, Why do you want a schematic of the gun? If you are taking it part chances are you will not get it back together without breaking a main spring.
Or ruin the slots in the screw. You have to put the screws back in the same holes you took them out of or the slots won't line up..You do not need to take it part to clean. It works leave it alone enjoy it..

Here is the cut-away from the 1901 catalogue when the firing pins were still integral with the hammers, and the parts picture.

Here is the same from 1908 after they went to the seperated firing pins.

Thanks for the diagrams. A friend has a 1900 and wanted to see how the firing pins were designed etc. and all I have are 1894 models and I didn't know if they were essentially the same.

A friend has a 1900 and may need a firing pin. I didn't know if the set-up was the same as an 1894 Model or different.

Some of the !900 used a firing pin and some used a hammer with the firing pin as part of the hammer. Which do you have. Either one is difficult to install. Jay Huber
