Skeet In and Skeet Out were how Parker skeet guns were marked. In the 1932/33 Remington Arms Co., Inc. paper that first introduces the Model 32, it was offered in three grades, Model 32A "Standard" Grade, Model 32TC "Target" Grade (the vent rib trap gun), and Model 32S "Trap Special" Grade (the solid rib trap gun). In the March 1, 1934, catalogue the Model 32 - SKEET GUN appears and the text says "Both barrels Improved Cylinder." The only 1935 paper I have doesn't mention how they are bored. By the March 6, 1936, catalogue they state "Both Barrels Remington Special Skeet Boring." That is how the text remains through the January 2, 1942, catalogue. I don't have a Model 32 - SKEET GUN, but "The Sportsman" SKEET GUN and the Model 31 - SKEET GUN of the period that the catalogues also state have "Remington Special Skeet Boring" are marked SKEET on the barrels. The Remington SKEET barrels that I have measured have a choke very similar to Winchester's WS-1 and Savage's Skeet Cylinder that they used on their Ansley H. Fox skeet guns -- about .005" choke an inch from the muzzle then a .010" flare in the last inch.
