When I was shooting NSSA registered Skeet in the 1970s and 80s I saw a lot of SKEET Bs, but I sure don't see many around any more. Those that have them must be keeping them squirreled away.

Is it a standard weight 20 gauge 1100 on the 12 gauge size receiver, or an LW20 lightweight model? The standard weight 20s are still highly favored by some for targets, because of the reduced recoil. The fact that they have been out of production for so long now has driven the value of the good ones up quite a bit. Although some parts are no longer available, a good gunsmith can usually adapt 12 gauge parts should they be required. A Skeet B would be a very good Skeet gun in my opinion, although the latest fad chasers would probably say your barrel is too short. I started with an 1100 with a 26" Skeet barrel in 1963, and have to this day found no other length I prefer for Skeet. It would not be well suited to Trap as the choke would be too open, and it probably shoots 50/50 to POA, as opposed to the high pattern preferred for Trap.
If it is an LW Model, it is still a very good gun. The LT 20 was an evolution of the LW, and most parts interchange, but LW barrels are scarce. One can be made from an LT barrel. The 'B' grade is a better finished gun with better wood. I have an LT20, and in fact shoot it far more than anything else anymore, and I find I really enjoy it for clay pigeons. I don't shoot Skeet seriously anymore, but when I did it was in the '60s.
Enjoy your gun in good health.

Stocks will be easy to find; a 12 gauge will fit. Fore ends not so much. Good luck.
