There is a guy, his name is The Gun Smith.
His occupation is to repair firearms.
If you take your firearm to him and give him some money, he can repair your rifle. I guess that is the reason why he went to school and learned how to do all of this.
If you cannot find a reputable gunsmith in your area, let me know and I will find one for you!
I would not reccomend you repairing this problem yourself.
