My first gun was a Remington 1100 that my cousin sold me, then I picked up a used 870 Express Combo. I have the 870 set up with a Bushnell scope and a magazine extention, mainly for walking the farm. Drop the extention & plug it, and I'm ready for Shotgun Season in Ohio...
I chat on SigForum and the forum by Ohioians for Concealed Carry. Yep, I'm a proud owner of a Sig Sauer P239-SAS, chambered in .40 S&W and 357 SIG. I train with it set up in .40 S&W, but switch to 357 SIG to carry...
We talk about all kinds of Long Guns and Tactical Guns on SigForum, but my main interest is in Remingtons. I have two shottys and am thinking about a centerfire, maybe one of the 700 models...
Anyway, I hope you don't mind if I snoop around the posts and put my two cents in from time to time. I may even come up with a question or two myself...

I've managed to get concealed carry in 30+ states unfortunately not my own, where it's impossible, unless of course you live in one town where everyone is appointed deputies to get around the state law (not my town).
I'm a Sig fan myself, I had ever variation every model including the 9mm p220 back when it was imported by Haws in CA through the Browning BDA and all. Sold all but the basics ones including my Jubilee (stupid stupid stupid) but kept my favorite p210-6-2.[/url]

I fully intend to join the RSA, but have to watch my pennies for a while...
...and, thank you for those "links," they will come in handy...
Me too...I'm licensed to carry a concealed handgun in at least 32 states, and am glad to say that one license is in my home state of Ohio. I also have a Pennsylvania Non-Residence and a Hew Hampshire Non-Residence...
Still trying to shoot up some of those clay "birds" with my 1100. Isn't too often, so it might take a while to catch on. It sure is a lot of fun. I would love to get an automatic launcher, the one you can launch yourself, then I can set up at the farm and shoot all day...
