Were mod. 17 guns sold with extra bbl's ? I have a plain bbl 17 and have been looking for a bbl with rib as a replacement. Are these ever offered up for sale / Ken

Many thanks Jay, I'll try your suggestion. In the mean time, please let me know if you run across one. Even with gold as high as it is, I'll do all critters as gold inlays, Frame will be 100% covered with engraving and carbonia/charcoal blued.

I intend have it restocked with a show grade quality marbled English walnut blank using the best of the Rem checkering patterns There will also be a steel heel and toe plate for butt . Ken
