10 ga. 1889 hammer

I have a grade 3 10 ga. that is loose at the dolls head, any sugestions for tightening this problem.
Also the matting at the bead has come loose to about 3 inches down the bore. ho w was this attached? glue?

I believe you will find the original attachment was with solder. I have had some success with epoxy. Jay Huber RSA
