Remington Sportsman 48, 12 Gauge, Questions.

Hi Im new to these forums I just purchased a Sportsman 48, its a 12 gauge. It has a 30" barrel on it that I would like to replace for something shorter, do you guys know what other models of shotgun barrels will fit on my Sportsman 48?

As far as I know, only Sportsman 48, Mohawk 48, and 11-48 barrels will fit. And they do not come cheap. How short do you want to go?

i dont really know, i found someone with a 22 barrel for $205 so im thinking i might pick that one up. If you know any sites that sell barrels for cheap please link if oyu can, TY for your reply.
