Remington Nylon 10 22 ca.

I need to know how rare is a Remington nylon 10 in perfect condition with box and original papers. This gun has a stainless bolt and a snooth barrel for shooting birdshot.My neighbor's husband recently died and she found this in closet. I have a nylon 66 but never knew of a 10. Any help, I am new here.Thanks

The Nylon 10 SB (smooth bore) bolt action is very collectable.
Having the box and papers increases the value.
