Remington 1100 DU 12 gauge question?

I own my late fathers Remington 1100 Ducks Unlimited 12 gauge shotgun that

That's a toughie. I would contact Remington. You never can tell.

Yeh, I contacted Remington and DU both. Remington recommended I try here. Any possible spare's would have been gone over a decade ago. Thanks
