I have a Remington 1900 12 ga I purchased 20 years ago which originally came with ejectors. Sometime in the period before I purchased the gun the ejector parts in the forearm were removed. I am doing a rebuild on the gun replacing all of the springs I can buy new, restocking it due to the old stock has too many cracks and previous repairs, replacing the missing ejector parts, having the action case colored, and the barrels browned. I don't care about the collector value decreasing due to the work being done. I enjoy shooting the gun and want it restored as much to its original look as possible. My question is, does anyone have any pictures or diagrams of how the ejector parts fit in the forearm. As they were missing, I have no example to go by.
As a side note, my 1900 must have been ordered with a few embelishments as it had ejectors, ivory bead, and nice demascus patterned barrells. I know the 1900 was a field grade, but there must have been a little choice in what you could order on them. Also I shoot it with reduced loads so there is no chance for it blowing up.
Thanks for any help or suggestions.

I would use the stock you have and if done right it will hold.I would use the
orginal springs I do not know of any new springs except for the top lever it is not exactly like orginal I have top lever springs like orginal and the ejector
parts you need out of 1900 but they are not cheap. I don't have the ejector
springs..

Re: Remington 1900 Ejector rebuild
The Model 1900 was introduced in two versions, the K-Grade with extractors and Remington Steel barrels list price $35 and the KED-Grade with ejectors and two-blade Damascus barrels list price $45. By the 1903-4 catalogue they added the KD-Grade with two-blade Damascus barrels and extractors at list price of $40. By the 1906 catalogue the rounded the line out with the KE-Grade with Remington Steel barrels and ejectors at a list price of $35 and the dropped the list price of the K-Grade to $30, the KD-Grade to $35, and the KED-Grade to $40. These guns actually had lower net selling prices as I regularly find old magazine ads for the K-Grade at $25.
The Lyman twin ivory bead sights were a $1 extra cost option in the 1901 catalogue. They are pictured in the 1902 but not priced, and they aren't shown in any of the Remington Arms Co. catalogues I have after that. Whether a set was installed at Ilion or aftermarket would be virtually imposible to tell.

Re: Remington 1900 Ejector rebuild
I already have the parts. Weisners sells new springs, ejector hammers, and firing pins. I need a diagram to see how to assmble the ejector hammers, sears and springs in the forearm. I make gunstocks so refitting a new stock is no problem. I already have a nice walnut stock for it. The old stock has pieces missing and has been pinned numerous times before and is not worth fixing. I am not going to throw it, but I do not want to bother trying to repair it either.
