Remington SXS hammer shotgun

Information on SXS hammer shotgun S#79133 with steel barrels and #275 stamped in 12 gage. Would like to know year of manufacture and and place I might go to find a barrel replacement.

From the serial number your gun is a Model 1889. You said steel barrels so that tells me its a Grade 1 also should be stamped on the watertable 1 Barrels are hard to find would have to come from another gun I do not know of any new barrels..Why do you want to replace barrels?
