Model 32 O/U age

I was just given a model 32 o/u seldom fired in very good shape. The serial number of 162 matches in all three pieces of the shotgun. Does this mean that this gun was #162 out of the 5100 produced? Does this effect the valuation? (Unless it will pay for kid's tuition, I'm planning to use it for skeet)

dale, I have # 150 same model. It was made first six months production. It should bring about 2500 to 3 grand. Do you have a pic. jim
