*first production* stamp on 220 SWIFT?

I was just wondering if anyone knows about a *first production* stamp on model 700 barrels? Does it have meaning from Rem. or possibly stamped by someone?

I have a 220 swift sn# begins with a (C) so I think it was made in the '80's or '90's. On the barrel it say's 220 swift
and to the right it says *first production* and to the right of that it says Remington model 700. does this mean it has any
added value? do all 220 swifts have this? Is it a limited edition etc..
