date of manufacture Remington 722

Anyone know when Remington 722 ser. no. 13216"x" might have been made - as often happens, vendor won't give the last digit of the number, could be anything from 132160 to 132169. Rifle is a nice custom by Shelhamer and if it is more than 50 years old I can buy it with my C&R license. The 722 was made from 1848-1962 and numbers were assigned in blocks up past 400,000, about 118,000 were made in all. Any info would be much appreciated.
