There will be several differant style boxes. I can send you some photos. I will have to figure out how to post them. I am a little computer slow. If your a model 12 fan or a Remington 22 fan in general you have to get John Gyde and Roy Marcots book on Remington 22s. Its a must. If John doesn't beat me to it I can tell you when your 12s were made when I get home. I am currantly on the road.

Billy beat me to it. There are repro butt plates available for the M/12-A. I don't have a link for the dealer that sells them, but I bought up a few spares. You never know when you might need one. Check with the parts folks on the home page.

VERY NICE 12-A!!! The box for my "A" is longer. The two pieces are stored straight, not angled. There are cardboard partitions. Mine is later; 827xxx.
