New Remington Rolling Block Reloading

I have a new Rolling Block from the custom center. I have been reloading it using the lowest 45/70 smokeless powder loads. Does anyone know if I can use higher loads, for Marlin Lever guns or the higher Ruger #1 loads? I am planning to use it on an elk hunt and was planning to use 250g Barnes HP Tripple shock bullets.
