1946 remington 300 savage semi auto rifle

have a remington semi auto rifle has .300 sav near the breech and on top says remington arms co browning.s pats659.507-659.786-701.288-853.438-984.263 and has a side mounted scope along with flip up peep site behind where the scope mounts appears to be a name possible bush master i can only see th ER any info on this rifle or what it is worth?

I am assuming this is a model 81 and they will go for $250 to $450 in this neck of the woods. The scope modification may hurt the value with a purist but makes it a better hunting rifle in my opinion. Good Luck.
