Rolling Block - Spanish Civil Guard?

I recently picked up the rolling block, a bit rusty, but bore is decent and otherwise in shootable condition. I knew it was a little out of the ordinary due to 30.25 inch barrel and 2 barrel bands. I removed the active rust with ballistol but otherwise left as is. It’s 43 Spanish chamber. On research it appears to be Spanish Civil Guard model with RV Crown stamp from Cuban Ten years War, but it’s a unique enough rolling block to me I’m not sure and am seeking some confirmation from the experts here. Has rear sling swivel on buttstock but also at trigger guard.
Any thoughts? Thanks.

I don’t see any swivel on the butt stock??
I’d graft a couple of pieces onto the rear of the forend . . .then take it into the Whitetail woods!

Sorry the buttstock swivel is difficult to see in those photos but it’s there. Here’s a closer image.
