Remington 550-1

Hi,
I have a Remington 550-1 that I have been trying to find a manufacture date. The barrel code is B 10. I found out that the B is January but I cannot find anything on the research page indicating what 10 is. Can you help?

I don't find anything in my records either? What is the serial number? Jay Huber RSA

Thanks for the reply. There is no serial number it is pre 1968. I figure it is around 1945 but I cannot confirm that.
