New guy in Central Indiana trying to identify a Rolling Block action I bought

Bought this action a couple months or so ago in an auction for a song. Still trying to figure out exactly which action I've got. It's been suggested it's a RB shotgun action, but I don't know enough on the subject to say one way or the other.
