Remington Double Derringer question

Hello all — I have a Remington Double Derringer that belonged to my father (which he got from his father) and think I have determined when it was made but wanted to ask you guys if I am correct. I am thinking that this is a fourth model, first version, and would have been the 44th one made? So early 1911?
Thanks for any help you can give on figuring this out!
