sportsman 11 I think help

My dad passed and handed down to me a sportsman model 11 I think Sir# 447319. When I was a kid it had a dent in the barrel from dropping , now it has about a 2" stretch mark kind of wavy where the dent was.

I have had to shotgun checked , cleaned and test fired. Would like to hunt with it but I need to find a barrel

Any help would be appreciated
