what 700 is this?

Hi group. I was wondering if someone could help me date this remington 700.
I thought it was a BDL. It doesnt have a floorplate. There is no prefix of letter on the serial number.
But the barrel is stamped KY.

thanks if someone could tell me what year of manufacture and model of 700 id be very greatful.

1974 ADL, built about a year before the A prefix in the serial numbers.
