Origin of my BRIGHT Stainless 700 BDL, 300 Win Mag?

Hello Folks. Bought this BDL with bright stainless barrel. My guess is it is a restocked stainless that used to have a synthetic stock. How can I find out? I tried calling them, but since the bankruptcy and split I have not been able to reach anyone in the company.

Here is the serial number, barrel marks, etc.
