Dating to 1919? Am I correct. Thanks

Fantastic find. I believe 1919 is correct. Does it have the anchor stamp?

The anchor stamp is the mark of Remington inspector, Frank Anchor. It is not a naval mark.
Enjoy that fine pistol.
