Manufacture date/model of Rem. 700?

I bought a nice looking/shooting Rem. 700 at a gun auction
On the left side of the receiver is B6754927. Also on the barrel is stamped 8RF.
It has the black cap on the forestock, glossy barrel, and no iron sights.

What year do you think it was manufactured? Is it a CDL or early BDL?
