Double Derringer .41 O/U

Seeking assistance with identifying the manufacturing date/year of this Double Derringer. There is a number on the left side of the barrel (between the barrels which is either 10 or 1C. Also there is a number 2 under the barrel as well as under the left grip. Any other information on the potential value would be great also.

I should also note that the top of barrel address is 2 lines:
first line: E. REMINGTONS 8. SONS ILION N.
second line: E. (Illegible) PATENT 1848 .8. 1863 .

This looks to me to be a foreign patent infringement, I've seen them before and they did put the Remington name on them.
