16 ga Model 11 Issue

My newly-acquired 1548XXX gun has a bolt hold open issue that I think is caused by an out-of-true carrier that would not permit the carrier screws to fully seat after I removed them during disassembly. Upon reassembly the bolt would not hold open. On my next attempt I could not get both screws to properly seat. In the mean time I have a replacement carrier on order, but have on further attempts boogered one of the screw holes. Does anyone know or have a source for thread data for the screws or holes? This is for the 2 pin screws located on both sides of the receiver that provide the pins to hold the carrier in place. Thanks in advance.
