Rolling Block 2 band fore stock ID help

I’d like to know if anyone can help ID a fore stock. Pictured are two fore stocks. The lighter one is for a Martini. The other, darker fore stock I believe is for a musket or carbine rolling block. Possibly Egyptian? Any help would be appreciated.

I'm a little confused. In pic #3, If the stock on the left
is the Martini stock, the one on right doesn't look like a
rolling block stock to me. I haven't seen a stock like it.

block I have in my collection:

The most characteristic elements are the rectangular
projection that fits into the frame and the mortised
in the barrel channel for the recoil lug on the barrel.

Also, every forestock for a military rolling block I have
seen will have a cleaning rod channel cut in the underside
of the forestock.

So, the forestock you idenify as for Martini has the
characteristic rectangular projection (although it is
too small) but it doesn't have the cleaning rod channel.
and the metal tip is wrong too.

Thanks for the response. I believe the Martini belongs to a cadet. The suspect RB may belong to an Egyptian. See link.

Hi There,

If you compare your stock to the photos I provided,
you can see that the your forestock cannot possibly
be from a rolling block. All rolling blocks have the
same back end on the forestock where it meets the
frame regardless of the country that ordered it.

I think it is highly probable but one cannot be sure
without knowing the rifle it came from.

Update 3-28-20: Upon further inspection of the tip (shaping and retention) it is clearly not the work of Springfield Armory. Sorry for the unintentional red herring.
