Grandpa's shotgun

Post by SCbob256hm » Mon Sep 09, 2019 2:09 pm

I was recently given my Grandfathers Remington shotgun. I believe it to be really old. There is no model number. Only a serial number and three very old patent dates on the gun. Any ideas as to how I can find out when it was manufactured?

In order to answer your question, we need information as to what kind it is.
Single or double barrel. If single, is it a pump or semi-auto?
Posting a photo would be the best, along with the serial number.
